Business, Finance or other relevant degrees
– Strong English writing skills
– Analytical and critical mind
– Comfortable in dealing with numbers, academic publications, and
opinion pieces
– General knowledge about politics and economics of Malaysia and
the world
– Humble, hardworking, and level-headed


– Previous publication experience in academia, news sites, blogs
or others
– Advanced communication skills
– Proactive, curious, and able to think laterally


– Involved in the primary editorial team working on premium
intelligence reports covering political, economic, and social
development in Malaysia
– Involved in discussions, negotiations, and presentations of
materials with subject-matter experts, data scientists, statisticians,
journalists, writers, consultants, and others
– Business compliance functions: drafting policies/procedures,
monitoring, and enforcement
– Marketing functions: conceptualise, execute, and manage sales
for the intelligence report
– (For Law students) Legal compliance functions: drafting
contracts, negotiating with clients, act as legal executive to the
company reporting to Head, Commercial & Legal

From RM3,200 to RM3,700 per month, depending on qualification
and experience.
